AllAffiliatePro has been designed to be highly configurable. Because of this there are many configuration variables that you can adjust to tailor this software to your needs.
During installation the core variables are setup. For your convenience the different configuration variables have been split into set groups. From the web based management area all variables can be adjusted at any time after installation. Below is a list of all the configuration variables, by group, with the variable name, which program type it applys to (PayPer Click or PayPer Sale), an explaination of what it does, and how it can be adjusted.

The joinup fields can be edited from join.html, joinup.html and joinup2.html. The available fields are:- name, company, payee, address1, address2, city, area, postcode, country, website, email, ssn, username, password, type, u1, u2, u3, u4, paypal, bankname, banknumber, banksort, bankswift. The fields you want to be required must be listed here separated by a comma ','. Examples are "name, company, email, ssn" and "name,address1,address2,city,area".

Affiliate Statistics results per page | This value represents the total number of affiliate statistics results per page. If there are more results than this number the the next results link is displayed. Example is if set to 20 and the affiliate selects statistics for a month, then only the 1st to the 20th will be displayed, 21st and on will be on another page.
Manager Reports results per page | This is the number of rows displayed per page, for all manager reports and statistics.
Wipe Old Statistics | This variable can be set to WIPE or KEEP. If set to keep then all statistics from all pay periods will be kept on file. This can eat up disk space, and slow the overall operation of the affiliate program in time. If set to WIPE then only statistics for the current and last pay periods are kept on file. This free's up disk space, and speeds up the overall affiliate program operation.
Top Affiliate Display | This value represents the number of affiliates that will be displayed in your top earning affiliates list. Example values are 20 for 20% 2nd tier commissions, and '20,15,10,5' for 2nd to 5th tier commissions. Set this variable to 0 to disable tier commissions. Tier commissions are an amount of the original sale. So if a sale was made for $100 with commissions set to 20, and tier commissions set to '10,5', the first affiliate would get $20, the referring affiliate $10 and his referring affiliate $5. Always be very careful when setting up more than 2 tiers. You are limited to 12 tiers. This variable can only contain numerical values.
Bonus Commissions | You can enter bonus commissions, so that affiliates get a % bonus on their earnings above set levels. You could have a bonus of 10% on earnings over $500. Minimum Payout | This value represents the minimum an affiliate must have earned to qualify for a PayDay payout. If an affiliate has earned less than this value then their earnings will be carried forward to the next Pay Period. Example values are 50 for $50 and 100 for $100. Commission Period (days) | This value represents the period of time in days that the affiliate will earn commission on a sale. Once an affiliate has sent the visitor to your site, the visitor may return during this number of days and make a purchase, and the affiliate will still earn commission on the sale. Examples are 10 for 10 days and 30 for 30 days. This variable can only contain numerical values.
Manually Confirm Sales | This variable can be set to YES or NO. If set to NO (default) all tracked affiliate sales are instantly recorded to the affiliates account, in real time.
