Affiliate Statistics
- Accuracy stats
- If you have enabled accuracy tracking, then the accuracy statistics will also be displayed here.
- Affiliate Search
- Search for affiliates, this is useful when your affiliate program get big or you want to go straight to an individual affiliate.
- Display Affiliates (#)
- This will display a list of all the active affiliates in your program. You can see the number of active affiliates you have between the brackets. Each affiliate displayed will show current earnings (of which are bonus or tier commissions), sales recorded and clicks sent. There are options to view affiliate sales for this and last payperiod, view affiliate information, view referring url's, email affiliate, suspend and remove. When viewing affiliate sales history you have the option to remove affiliate commissions on an order (this adds a new -'minus' order). When viewing user information you can edit and save changes. You can also set specific payment rates for that user (i.e. give him 25% commission instead of the standard 20%). This is also used to force a webmaster onto a commission or pay per sale program if their conversion ratio is low (i.e. set the pay per click rates to '0', and change the affiliate program type to commission). To return any payment rate to the standard value from the configuration variables, the value must be set to nothing ''. You can set individual rates for each site on your network, by using commas. Such as ',,10,20' to set the first two sites the same and then the third site to have 10% and the fourth to have 20%. When viewing the referring pages, you can see on exactly which pages the affiliate has your banner hosted, and which are sending you the most traffic. Some of these will show as 'Referrer blocked', this means that the visitors browsers privacy settings prevented the software from tracking what page they came from.
- Affiliates Pending (#)
- If you have configured the variable "Signup Style" to Que, then this will display the list of affiliates who have applied but have not yet been accepted into your program. You can see the number of pending affiliates you have between the brackets. You have the option to view the affiliates signup information, email the affiliate, and choose between adding the affiliate to your program (accepting the affiliate) or removing the affiliate.
- Affiliates Suspended (#)
- This will display the list of affiliates of whom you have suspended from your program. You can see the number of suspended affiliates you have between the brackets. You can view the affiliates signup information, email them, and choose to reinstate or remove the affiliates.
- Affiliate referrers
- This will display a toplist of all the URL's that are referring traffic to your site. Clicking on any of the URL's will open the page in a new window. Some of these will show as 'Referrer blocked', this means that the visitors browsers privacy settings prevented the software from tracking what page they came from.
- Display dead Affiliates
- Input the minimum number of clicks an affiliate must have had over the last 2 months, all affiliates will less clicks will be displayed (not including new affiliates). You are shown the date they joined, and have the options to view their information, email them, and suspend or remove them.

If you are running a recurring commissions program then any rebills will be displayed below the standard sales.
- Confirm Order list
- This displays a list of tracked affiliate sales. When the 'General Settings' option 'Manually confirm sales' is set to 'YES', sales are only added to this list, and not directly to the affiliates account. You have the option to add the sale to the affiliates account or remove the sale.
- Add Order to Affiliates account
- This can be used to manually add orders to an affiliates account. You need to enter the affiliates username, the amount total of the order, the site, the date, the unique order number and choose if this is added as a pending sale or not.
- Display Orders error log
- This will display the orders error log. This helps you to debug any order tracking problems you may be having, and can also show any attemped hacks by hackers. You have the option to wipe the log as it may get long.
- Find Order
- If you receive a chargeback then you can check to see whether that customer was referred by an affiliate. You need to enter the order number and the date the order was originally received (format MM:DD:YYYY). You can then remove the order from the affiliates earnings (we strongly recommend you email them informing of the problem).
