Extra Linking Options

AllAffiliatePro has the capablility of tracking many types of affiliate clicks, in many different ways. This program generates standard affiliate links that AllAffiliatePro tracks as Unique or Raw clicks. AllAffiliatePro can also track Blind clicks, and Email clicks, with deep page linking and the option to point to your own domain.

Own Domain Linking When configuring your sites in the LinkCodeGenerator you can enter a URL to extra domain linking. This is done by setting up the script index.cgi on each site you are promoting with AllAffiliatePro. ASP and PHP versions of the script are included for your convenience. You can rename this script to whatever you want, and place it anywhere on your server. Be sure to edit the script in a text editor (notepad), and setup the special configuration within, and apply the correct file permissions (chmod 755, execure permissions).
Deep page linking You can enter specific content pages on your site for affiliates to promote with your banners and text links. You can also allow for affiliates to enter a content page of their choice.
Email and Blind linking To do this text must be added to the affiliates linking code. If you want to offer these linking methods to your affiliates then you must tell them how to modify the generated affiliate links for the set purposes. For Blind links, the text "&blind=1" must be added, example below:-
http://www.cv-writers-affiliate.org.uk/cgi-bin/clickme.cgi?exec=USERNAME&site=SITENUMBER&blind=1
For email links, used when emails are delivered to potential customers, the text "&email=1" must be added to the affiliates linking code. If this code is not added to the link then clicks from email messages will not be tracked. Example below:-

NOTE:- Beware of offering your affiliates email links, they may send SPAM email which could result in your host canceling your hosting account.
